Went to counter with my chlorine to purchase and the man in front of me that was buying some pool contract that was going to be a while with a lot of questions. I waited patiently for over 5 minutes and the employee never acknowledged I was even there or said I'll be right with you. Needless to say I walked out.
Great customer service.
Leslie's has stepped it up. Matching pricing.... customer service at least decent if not good or better. Usually quick in and out.... get what you need.... and be on your way :)
