I cannot say enough great things about this location! First, hats off to Conner for helping us with the right pump housing. He knows his stuff and just super nice and helpful. Then we have Jarrod the GM who was also amazing. They didn’t have the part in store so he looked up where they did have it and then drove to get it! Called back within the hour to say he had it so we could put it together today. Was sooo nice and even price matched the part. He is clearly showing good leadership and customer service. I usually go to the location on Main street and Frisco, I had a terrible experience there, so I came to this location and Brandon is the manager. I told him what happened and he was not only professional, he was very sympathetic and understanding. He fixed my pool cleaner it is working properly now. I didn’t work correctly for 6 months because the Main St. location did not fix it properly. Brandon went way out of his way to return my calls promptly and fixed my problem.
