The staff and management are wonderful. They use their knowledge and expertise to give you the perfect plan for your pool. It would be easy for them to tell you to add/purchase everything on the water test sheet. I have experienced this at other locations. However, they offer other ways to gain a balanced pool with the chemicals you already have. This location is just the best! Being your own pool person can be a pain, but not with this store!
