I called this location yesterday parts replacement for my vacuum that I purchased at this location was given the the price told I would be there in about 11/2 hours to purchase when I arrived I advised that I was there to pick up the parts at him and I had spoken about he said okay just one moment he was waiting on another customer told him no problem when he was finished told him again the parts that I was looking for and said I'm sorry we don't have any of those parts was almost late for my doctor's appointment. I went in today for water test sample. Abby was so friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable and solved my issue with ease! I would highly recommend and ask for her when you go

I’ve bought tons of chemicals here over the last 6 months because the prices are good. What is super frustrating is that it seems like 2 out of 5 times I come here I can’t get my water tested because their fossil of a computer is broken. It’s a huge waste of time. Either invest in your business to properly support your customers or continue to lose them to Pinch a Penny down the street. I’m starting to see why they are so busy and this location is always dead. If this happens again i will be joining them.
They know there business well and have all the products you need! Highly recommended
