I have had excellent customer service from John. He has been instrumental in helping me get my pool clear and balanced. I have had problems such as algae, low chlorine, alkalinity, and high cya. I have had to have my water tested a lot and he has guided through this. My pool is finally clear! He really cares about his customers.
