Second Leslie’s in a row this morning that is not open during published hours. It’s 8:35 and doors are locked. I guess I’ll stick to B&B Pools or some other small business that actually shows up during published hours.

Not trustworthy. I bought a pool robot 2 yr and 1 mo ago (2 yr warranty by the way) and the purpose of buying the one I did, was because the sales rep said it's worth it, as if it needs repairs, they fix these brands in store. Only to find out that they do not fix mine in store and the one I had only had parts for those under warranty, so it's not fixable. Very bad & Sad attitude from Hector ( manager), I asked if he speaks Spanish 😬 when I got into the cashier area because for me as a “Hispanic customer” I prefer always my 1st language even if I could speak enough English to communicate what I need….he was rude and kept talking in English to me and not even answering my “ good morning ‘S “ 🌞 One more time I think education is value #1. And your roots is your essence plus on top of it a great improving tool in any industry To make more money.

Hector, the manager, is awful. There were three employees there. One was helping a customer and the other apparently was a new hire that Hector decided was more important to discuss pay and hiring info with than help the two customers who had been waiting in line for 10 minutes. In fact someone called while I was in line and Hector answered. He said he was too busy with customers in line and he would call back. That is not true at all.
