They have always treated us with great service. Having them so close by when we need the pool water checked, or other issues. Staff members are always friendly and describe what needs to be done in a timely matter, without trying to convince us to purchase something we don’t need.
I used to go here to get my salt pool water sampled so that I could learn and correct my pool on my own. Well turns out the new assistant manager is clueless about pools. I’m not sure how she got the job, I don’t know if it was a DEI hire or what but I literally had to “figure it out” when a pool part supply book was tossed to me. I used to use them exclusively but recently I’ve noticed it’s really gone downhill, mainly with staff and customer service. The final straw was this week I had an ignition issue with my Leslie purchased Jacuzzi pool heater which was also installed by Leslie about 4 years ago. Response… we don’t service heaters. I asked if any of their pool company accounts Could help. Answer no. That’s it !?!
