Went to santa maria store today. Only 1employee there at the time but very nice and helpful. I recommended they cover water feature supplies too.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The corporation doesn't have a lot of presence in the Central Coast yet, which provides this local store some start-up challenges. We've purchased through them all new equipment. Arranging the "free installation" took a few weeks. When I learned our installer was dispatched from Arizona, I was impressed by his experience, knowledge and the quality of his work. A bit expensive, but with coupons it can help some. BUT I HATE USING COUPONS. Just give me a decent price!

We bought all necessary equipment in January, heater, pump etc and we're told we had to wait until March to have it installed since they didn't have a technician to install at that time as he was in training. We called at the end of March and they still didn't have anyone to install, meanwhile they continued to advertise "free install with purchase". Now today we went in hoping to schedule the install and again got the run around. They say the manager we bought the equipment from no longer works there and they have to check ... read more
