I do not like to be negative, but as a business owner, I would also want to know if an employee was not conducting themselves in a professional manner. I (and others in the store) experienced the worst customer service today by( Lawrence B). He was rude, huffing, puffing, slamming things, and literally berated a man with a professional account right in front of me, throwing his paperwork and receipt paper. Beware of the fineprint of Accublue terms and agreements. They put a blanket statement in their agreement that states that they can recoup any equipment damages from the customer, but they do not list the equipment price or maximum amount of damages that can be collected. When I called Leslie's to inquire about this they did confirm they had the right to collect damages as they see necessary based on their assessment of the equpiment. I recently had a disappointing experience with Leslie’s pool company that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, it was clear that the staff lacked adequate training on the products they sell. When I reached out for assistance with a return, I was met with an argumentative response rather than a willingness to find a solution.
