I do not like to be negative, but as a business owner, I would also want to know if an employee was not conducting themselves in a professional manner. I (and others in the store) experienced the worst customer service today by( Lawrence B). He was rude, huffing, puffing, slamming things, and literally berated a man with a professional account right in front of me, throwing his paperwork and receipt paper.
