This review is overdue but I feel it's important to thank Gary and the Leslie Team in Wall for their help last Fall. We brought in our Polaris for repair after being turned away from the Howell location. Our cleaner was not working properly. The connector cord and control panel were not communicating and the sweeper front roller was not spinning. ****Update**** Went back the next day to have my water tested & it was pretty decent based upon the instructions provided. I was advised to now treat with Power Powder Plus (after the rain stops) & vacuum. Two days later, it was back to a very beautiful blue. I did end up having to use dry acid as well to lower the pH for proper balance going forward but all in all, the Leslie's staff knows the pool business.
