The two main guys here can be helpful, but they can also be snarky and condescending.Yea dude we get it, we're not pool experts, that's why we're at leslies. I dealt with it for several seasons, but at some point, why subject yourself to the snark? Get yourself a Taylor test kit and give your numbers to ChatGPT. Order pool supplies from Walmart+, with free delivery and cheaper prices. My pool has honestly never looked better, and as a bonus, the AI is a judgement free zone.
Semi-knowledgeable, but douchy. Requested a product, but was instead provided with what the employee felt I should use. Upon returning the items, received several snarky remarks from the same employee. Complete lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

Yesterday I called both Doylestown and Warminster store at exactly 10 after about 25 minutes with no response , I call another supply , I was looking for pool filter EC50 going price seemed to be $ 839 .00 .Gave up on Leslieand called a vendor right behind the Doylestown store the , picked up the filter after lunch bought some addition supplies totaling. $1257.00 !!!!Wow that’s a big sale to miss I would say …I hope this alerts Leslie management to flaws in their sales department !
