Their advertised "free pool water analysis" comes with attachments: you must provide name, address, phone, and email. I told them my name, but didn't want to give them unnecessary personal info. The salesman told me they couldn't provide the free analysis without it. Why do you need all of that info, other than to sell it, use it in unwanted marketing, or to just be hacked and lose it? Geeez.....
Overpriced and horrible service. They also seem incapable of answering the phone.
