If there was an option to give 0 stars I would, and even that would be generous. I bought a Polaris robot pool cleaner a little over a year ago from Leslie’s and brought it in for repair as it was giving me an error code. Before I dropped the machine off with them, I had marked my initials with a sharpie pen on the long gray cord attaching to the robot and stand as they don’t even print you off a copy of the repair slip with any information whatsoever. Jami was fantastic! Very helpful and kind. Put all her attention towards helping me while also addressing other customers that she will be right with them. Went over my full report in detail for each of my pools. Was not pushy towards anything only gave me her recommendations and the knowledge of when to put certain things at what times. Will be making sure we start coming to this location only going forward. Thank you Jami.
