4 starts because I usually good interactions with employees. Went in today with some issues with my vacuum and Adam was very unhelpful, saying he’s never heard of my issues happening before and asking if I had someone else home to help me, like I’m incapable? What is he assuming?
This location is really good in my opinion. Ed knows his stuff and helped me get my pool clear and helped me figure out how to fix my pump. Ask for Ed
It's a pool place tucked back in ,they were so helpful and the prices were great!!!
Employees hate their job and don't care about customers or customer service. Last week I rushed out of work because they close at 6pm and I needed chemicals for my spa. Got there at 530 and the door was locked and lights were off. I called to let them know their hours on the door and online still said they were open until 6 and should be updated yet they answered. The kid said they were open but he had to lock the door so he could go to the bathroom. Apparently you have to turn of all the lights too, including the "open" sig... read more
Short staffed. Employee on duty at W.Ridge Rd store was very patient with my questions even though he was there alone and swamped.
