Employees hate their job and don't care about customers or customer service. Last week I rushed out of work because they close at 6pm and I needed chemicals for my spa. Got there at 530 and the door was locked and lights were off. I called to let them know their hours on the door and online still said they were open until 6 and should be updated yet they answered. Short staffed. Employee on duty at W.Ridge Rd store was very patient with my questions even though he was there alone and swamped.
Kevin and Michael were amazing! Helped me out with a cloudy pool issue and were smiling and helpful even though they were working on a holiday! Truly appreciate the great customer service!!
0 help and it took ages to checkout for chlorine tablets, next time I’ll just order through amazon
