Tons of chemicals, probably fine if you can find what you’re looking for on the floor. Trying to find a part. The lady had no general knowledge and had no interest in helping without an exact PN. I’ll go somewhere else. Plenty of places in HSV.
Terrible service. Hayden was extremely rude and tried to get the most money out of me as he could. I told him that I trusted him when he told me we needed to start from the beginning with chemicals and I spent close to $300 in and my pool and it looks the same as before. He also asked if I needed help with the heavy containers getting them to my truck (I said yes) then he refused to help. He watched me struggle with those heavy containers. The service at Leslie’s Pool Supplies was quick, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, which was great. However, the overall atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The employees looked like they didn’t want to be there, and their lack of enthusiasm was pretty obvious. While I appreciated the efficiency, the experience felt cold and unwelcoming.
