Super busy as everyone is opening their pool. Only one person working at the store. Shouldn't have to wait 20-30 minutes to get my water tested so I can buy the needed supplies.
First time using Leslie’s as my regular place was closed the day I needed to go in. Took a water sample because my pool was starting to get a little cloudy 3 days ago. They tested the water and gave me directions and chemicals to get it back on track. I was concerned by the amount of products they gave me and what they told me to do but I figured they knew best so I went with it. Tons of chemicals, probably fine if you can find what you’re looking for on the floor. Trying to find a part. The lady had no general knowledge and had no interest in helping without an exact PN. I’ll go somewhere else. Plenty of places in HSV.
