Good morning, Brandon. Our company is fixing all the titles to the mobile homes in Roseville Mobile Home Park from the old owners at the moment. When we receive those, we will let you know. Lived here for 2 months payed 2500 had a brand new fuse box replaced cost 1100 never had hot water I can't put up a swing set for my autistic daughter terrible place waste of money ILLEGAL

Extremely bad rat problem. Did the park does not want to address. The manager says we don't have a rat problem but look at the pictures. I can watch them meeting in the road in the early hours of the morning
Well I've tried to address the problem with rats 10 in Long there's a big rat problem in this park I brought it to the attention of corporate they told me they have to get the right company to take care of it. I gave the benefit of the doubt twice. I spoke with the manager ken yesterday, and ask him about what we were doing about the rat problem . and he says we don't have a rat problem.
