Let’s clear a few things up about Roseville Mobile Home Park — this community has changed, and for the better. I’m honestly shocked by the malicious attacks directed at our park manager, Ken, and his family. As a property manager with over 30 years of experience, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with this community and its management. My time here has been primarily observational, and what I’ve witnessed has been both disturbing and unacceptable. The current park manager ( Ken ) exhibits behavior that is not only unprofessional but, in my opinion, discriminatory and volatile. This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE, anything they say or tell you is a LIE they are just trying to sell you, i helped my daughter and she helped some people get in there, they told them the trailers they sold them were solid and owned by them, and disclosed no problems! months to years later they are not able to provide a titles, right after buying we noticed there was leakS EVERYWHERE, the walls were SOAKED when it rained, all the trailers have BLACK MOLD, they are selling trailers they are not legally aloud to even sell a... read more

We love living in this park. It's near where I Was raised. Great for transportation. Stores are within walking distance.
