Just came to buy two boxes of chlorine shock. Each box containing 4 gallons. Boxes are heavy. I’m 5’2” tall and weigh 116 lbs so I’m not very big. Wasn’t offered any help carrying out to my car. I don’t know if this isn’t customary, but the location at the Forum always offers help carrying things to my car. Second time at this location and same experience. Won’t come here again. I will say that a customer did help me when he saw what I was trying to carry.
I really appreciate Mr. Kyle Thomas. For the past nine years, we’ve had a hard time managing our pool. This spring, our pool turned green again, but Mr. Thomas helped us, and within just one week, it was blue again. He is very kind and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend the Cibolo location
I went one time and never will go again
All the products you need in one place, but at premium prices. Store is chronically understaffed, but the guy at the counter is nice enough, just overworked and always behind. Be careful trusting water sample results. Machine is sometimes out of calibration and will cause you to buy unnecessary and expensive chemical.
The guy didn't know too much and his customer service was terrible!
