All I want to say is the assistant manager whose name is Kyle at Leslie’s Pool is so knowledgeable, and so very patient! His ability to explain how to use the chemicals properly to ensure positive readings when we do water/chemical checks is just outstanding. I highly recommend this person and this location!
As a novice pool owner, taking care of a pool properly can be a very demanding and intimidating job. It’s because of my Leslie’s Pool employee, Kyle, I’ve become very familiar with my pool needs and maintenance. He’s been explaining details in a manner that’s not over my head and is easy to understand. DON’T LOSE THIS GUY!!! Every employee should be mirroring his professionalism and standards. Perfect manager material!!!! (If he’s not already)
