All the products you need in one place, but at premium prices. Store is chronically understaffed, but the guy at the counter is nice enough, just overworked and always behind. Be careful trusting water sample results. Machine is sometimes out of calibration and will cause you to buy unnecessary and expensive chemical.
The guy didn't know too much and his customer service was terrible!
We thought we had good customer service at our former Leslie’s at the Forum until we started going to our Cibolo Leslie’s! The manager there has helped us a handful of times and isn’t out for our money and has our best interest in mind. Today we met Aaron who was exceptional. Great customer service and was thorough and non pushy.
Went there for the first time today. Kyle went above and beyond to try to help solve our skinner problem. Excellent customer service.
