Here at 12 o’clock on a Monday not a soul to be found doors completely locked during normal operating hours with no sign. No explanation don’t answer their phone. Horrible business practice.
Walked in at 4:50 on 3/21 to test water, and buy salt and calcium hardener at a minimum, as our at-home test said I needed those. Guy said he couldn’t test my water because he had 10 minutes of tests to do. ??? There were 2 other people ahead of me. Been coming here for a couple years and knew it wasn’t ideal coming in close to closing, but figured since I’d be spending money it would balance out.
I'm extremely disappointed in this store. Having heard of their long-standing dependability in this community, I asked for a referral to exchange my spa pump - and was given one. This resulted a three-month disaster. The pump was installed - but never worked, and it leaks. I've been strung along for three months, told "I'll be there tomorrow" and "I've found an expert who can fix it", then was verbally insulted and now being ghosted.
