I visited this store to pick up cleaner for my hot tub. The woman working at the front counter was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, willing to help as much as she could, and incredibly nice. I will be coming back here!

My pool water was clear with green on the bottom. Brought our pool water to Leslie’s to have it tested. The lady told me to do 2lbs super shock and in 4 houses 1/2 bottle of no phos and 2 hours later add the other half of the bottle backwash in between. I followed her instructions completely and our pool is horrible. The chlorine and oh are so high the water is so bad you can’t even see the steps of the ladder. This is now the 3rd day of continuous running of our pump. I called and the guy that answered the phone completely ... read more

We have been going to this particular Leslie’s for the past 2 years. We have been to several others but this is our preferred location. The staff is knowledgeable, and courteous. They do get pretty busy at times which extends the wait time to have pool water analyzed. Pool chemicals have become super expensive but Leslie’s runs lots of sales throughout the year. That said, it costs so much less to do your own pool!!! So, of course, we’ll be back!!

The guy that helped me was friendly and helpful enough, but I am convinced that their water testing machine is broken or that this store is just trying to sell chemicals. This is the second time I was told to put 5 lbs. of dry acid in a 5000 gallon pool. Thank God I ignored that recommendation, or my pool would have been so jacked up, and I would have had to put in soda ash.
