I called like 15 times no one answered the phone. It just rang and rang and rang. I drove to the store anyways and Sat in the parking lot andcalled and no one was answering the phone. I walked inside and I called while I was inside the store and the phone rang a bunch of times and I hung up and the lady went to answer and was like this person just keeps calling. I own FamilyTime Pool Service and i also shop here at leslie. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help you find exactly what you need. Whether it’s chemicals, equipment, parts, or just getting advice on a pool issue, they’re always helpful and professional. It’s nice dealing with people who actually understand pools and are willing to answer questions instead of just trying to make a sale. We had a representative come out on the 21st of July, have a contract to start the work, he said they have everything in stock, and never heard from them again. We have tried calling and left messages and we still haven't heard back.

Great Service, And they test your water for free. I save 150 dollars a month now cleaning my own pool. Very nice friendly staff, very knowledgeable.
