Bought this thing called the solar bear doesn't actually do anything for the pool and it needs to be consistently sunny for it to actually work the product isn't worth the price paid over $179 just for a black peice of plastic that doesn't get the job done. Also was told that I could return the item within the 30 days and is actually not refundable. Please speak with both personal in the store cause these guys have items that can or can't be refunded.
Service was great and employees very knowledgeable.
Went in today to purchase a replacement Polaris robot cleaner. Both associates that helped were very knowledgeable about the product amd very helpful. Garrett made a recommendation based on his experience with the product longevity helping me decide between 2 products and it wasn't the most expensive one but the right one for what he felt would serve me better.
