I arrived about 2 minutes to closing on a Friday because I confused the location and traffic. The young lady was helping a customer who seemed to be a regular there and helped me with my online pick up. She was all smiles and great customer service, Thank you!
Different guy now he needs to be retrain doesn't even know what time they open
Terrible customer service. Staff needs to be trained on how to speak to customers
Staff is very knowledgeable about chemicals and parts. Pricing is competitive sometimes cheaper than online.
If I could give zero stars I would. Christine needs more training. Zero professionalism as well as not knowing how to do her own job. Never had an issue until recently. Called another location and had the best service and was able to fulfill my order.
