Worst place I have ever had the misfortune to use. I ordered a spa filter and paid an extra 10.41 to get it in three days. After 8 days and many phone calls later with no return calls from them, I go to the store myself only to find out that the part they ordered was not the right part at all. Wasn't even close. They now take measurements of my part that I brought with me. They again order the part with a 3 day delivery. It is now 7 days later and they still have not called. The best service in town I've been to magnolia and yucaipa pool and they just don't have the knowledge leslies people do.
Awesome store! Awesome employees! They really know their stuff. I was helped by Angel, he has a killer mustache you can't miss him! Because of this store I had the ultimate pool party of the summer!!!
They seem understaffed. Every time I go in there, it's a long wait. The last time, I walked in there were 4 people standing around while the one person working was on the phone. I ended up just leaving and going to Home Depot, which actually had what I needed 20% cheaper anyway!

After consecutive uncomfortable visits to another pool store in Germantown I walked into Leslie s Pool. The difference was remarkable. I was met with a friendly, knowledgeable staff who answered every question without the feeling of my being rushed. That change to Leslies was seven years ago and I have never been happier. And, did I mention . . . their prices are much lower than the competition!
