Eric and his crew have literally taught me how to care for my pool from the first day I became a pool owner. Thanks to their expertise, water tests, high quality products, and willingness to help me work through problems, my pool gets better care than any pool service could provide. As it should be, being a pool owner is a pleasant experience thanks to them.
Knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly staff. Large choice of products
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly but the stench from the extreme chlorine smell is very distressing and must be harmful to the health of the staff . You can smell the chlorine from outside the store on the sidewalk . For this reason I avoid the store. Other pool stores do not smell like this so I don't know why there's does . It is incredibly smelly so I have to plug my nose when I go in.
The manager Eric thinks that being a manager means he doesn't have to do anything until it's time for someone to tell him to do it.
