The staff working there never know anything about pool equipment. What "experts" do you guys employ? Everytime I go it's "ive never seen that before in my life." Lost a customer for life.
I swore that I was never going to shop at Leslies again due to a previous bad experience years ago. As much as I was dreading to, I stopped by to get some chlorine bags. This time, the employee that attended was very polite and helpful. The store looked nice and organized, felt cleaner than the last time I was in there. I mentioned this to Jose, a current employee and stated new management has helped improve their store. Leslies has regained my business.
Extremely rude employees. Make you feel like they are doing you a favor just by being there.
Extremely expensive pool supplies. Nice people.
