It’s been about a month since I went in but Richard was really good. The wait was long because he didn’t have much help in the store but he attended to everyone with care. Keep up the good work Richard. I did purchase a pool vacuum and got she rebate on it in the mail.

I’m a first-time pool owner and came into this store hoping to get some basic guidance on how to maintain my pool—what test kit to buy, what chemicals I actually need, etc. My pool hasn’t been maintained, so I was looking for straightforward, beginner-friendly advice. Instead, I had one of the worst retail experiences of my life. The salesperson at the front desk immediately told me that I would “never be able to figure it out” myself. Mr Rick and crew are amazing! Best customer service in the area! I know nothing about pools but everytime I come in they are happy to help me. I’ll never go anywhere else!!! Thank y’all so much for helping me keep my pool blue!!
