I used to look at my pool as a money pit. It was so frustrating to take care of and I couldn't afford a pool service. I stopped in Leslie's back in Apr 2012 and spoke to the store manager Alan. He asked me to bring in a water sample and he would test the water for FREE! I came back, had my water tested, received instructions, bought my chemicals, and with in a couple of days, my pool was beautiful again. I now test my water regularly and only shop at Leslie's.
