This is the best store in Spring/woodlands area. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable. Every question I ever ask there are so thorough in their response. You can tell the employees and management take pride in their work.
Single employee in store was unable to process a simple return with a receipt as he was not trained. His boss was out for the day....
They’re always helpful. I come here weekly and never leave disappointed.
The store opens an hour earlier than the other stores. Dealt with Meagan. She knew her stuff and was very friendly. She didn’t just read the print off. I had a decently complex chemistry issue and she knew stuff right off the top of her head. I will definitely go back here.
