I had the opportunity to stop into Leslie's pool service. I went in there specifically to buy a new pool thermometer. The one she picked out for me was exactly the one that I have which doesn't work any more.She gave it to me and set it on the counter, and it proceeded to break the glass fell out of it.So she got me another one, and also I found a pumis stone, so I could clean the calcium off the side of the pool. Called Leslie pools in Mesquite for some advice because I live at least two hours from any kind of pool store. She treated me as I was dumb and had no time to even suggest how to fix my problem. She just said it must be the chemicals I’m using . I would’ve considered driving to Mesquite to have them test my water if she seemed helpful in any kind of way. Horrible customer service
