Staff always friendly and helpful.
If you don’t answer the phone, I can’t check stock on something you may or may not have. No wonder it’s easier to just order on Amazon. Please staff your store so that someone can answer the phone.
Staff helped me out in a pinch. An employee of ours broke a grease cap to a ball valve in the pool mechanicals. I didn't get the Leslie Pools employee name but he had a helping attitude and was able to identify and order this cap for me. Thank you for the great customer experience.

Great service, but an unkept store with not enough storage space. They have large buckets of chemicals sitting on the floor in buckets. Tripping hazards and not very friendly to those with disabilities. Now price. This is not a store for anyone who values there money. The prices are simply overinflated for their worth, and makes little sense due to the volume they sell at!
