When your hours say 9am–6pm, most people assume you’re open until… you know, 6pm. Showed up 45 minutes before closing and the place was dark and empty. Drove out of my way for nothing. Either update your hours or actually stay open when you say you are. Not cool.
As I walked up they placed a sign saying back in 5mins. I ended up waiting for 15 an no one came back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Truly a bad store take your business elsewhere. You’ll be more satisfied literally anywhere else
Last week I was the first one in the line for water test. I kinda laughed a little as the only employee went out for a smoke break while my test ran. There were 3 people behind me so I thought he wanted to be ready to go. But he finished up with me and was back outside smoking before he even helped the next guy. Then this week I am the only customer there. Same guy is outside on smoke break when I walked in. I watched him smoke a second cigarette before he came in to help me.
