I’ve been to visit several times now and all of their staff have been super helpful, kind and educational. They seem to have a good inventory of random little things that I need plus online pick up orders are super easy & convenient. Their free in-store testing saved me tons of time, energy, and money. I visited recently worried that we had a chlorine lock and CYA emergency, but it turned out to just be my faulty home test kit. Terrible service. Slow as molasses.
When your hours say 9am–6pm, most people assume you’re open until… you know, 6pm. Showed up 45 minutes before closing and the place was dark and empty. Drove out of my way for nothing. Either update your hours or actually stay open when you say you are. Not cool.
As I walked up they placed a sign saying back in 5mins. I ended up waiting for 15 an no one came back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Truly a bad store take your business elsewhere. You’ll be more satisfied literally anywhere else
