My husband and I are new pool owners and still learning. I handle routine water care and chemistry, while my husband handles the mechanical and equipment side. I was picking up a part he needed while he was working. I explained that I was looking for a gasket and that I didn’t know the exact technical term. The employee immediately laughed and condescendingly asked if I even knew what it was for. When I explained it was for the pump / valve used when priming. Costly, but pool products are good.
The staff at this location are product experts. Today, Chase helped me troubleshoot my vacuum and figured out the problem immediately. He told me what I needed today, what I needed to consider replacing 3-6 months down the road, and was personable and professional. It's great to find such trustworthy professionals.
