The staff at this location are product experts. Today, Chase helped me troubleshoot my vacuum and figured out the problem immediately. He told me what I needed today, what I needed to consider replacing 3-6 months down the road, and was personable and professional. It's great to find such trustworthy professionals.

I called in, had a very very simple question, what is a good replacement motor for my pump (I had all information ready). The guy who picked was not ready to hear anything, didn’t even let me finish my sentences… I said can u check if you have a motor available, his reply :”can’t look if you are not in store..” Guess what that will never happen till end of world, never going there

Shout out to Jessica who helped me find a part that I needed even though they didn't have it in stock. She went above and beyond the call of duty. We always have positive experiences at this location. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service!

I have been using Leslie's for almost 20 years for pool supplies. In both Arizona and now, in Texas. My maintenance team has been going to this store for over two years now and we have had two bad experiences, both with Jailyn. First, my maintenance tech came in saying that Jailyn gave her attitude and then on Monday morning, I had the same experience.
