Every time we come in the store to get another filter for our pool, the one employee (bald guy with glasses) is overwhelmed and can’t figure out how to find it in his system. Any previous purchases are in their system under our account which should make re-purchasing something simple. Nope! The employee tells us to go home and come back with the model # so we can purchase another filter….every time. This has been going on for 7 years. Second time I come to the store only to find the door locked - during business hours. One person working the entire store, on Saturday's. Come on.

I have been purchasing my pool supplies from leslies for numerous years now this store in particular seeing that I work a 40 hour week Saturdays is usually my day they have a very knowledgeable staff so much so that I look forward to cleaning my pool it's said you never know someone until they open there mouth well Leslie's knocked this one out the park when they hired Dominique she's kind, professional,and just seem to know her way around the store point blank she's a people person I consider myself and most of all leslies ... read more
