I have had this heater for more than 3 years, the heater only worked not more than 3 times, I reached out to Dacula Pool services company in Georgia, the guys will come out to fix it and leave without checking with anyone to confirm what has been done and to check if heater is now working well, by the time I call they tell me it has been fixed, I try to use the heater and it will come up and go off again with another error code on the screen, when I reach out the Dacula Pool Service Company will have me pay for another part ... read more
Brannan, the store manager is always pleasant and helpful. I call a lot for advice and even though he may be busy in store he always takes the time to help me!!
We have been working with Brannen for many years. He is the best and most knowledgeable pool expert we have ever seen. He is the best at customer service and just a great person. Never ever seen him have a bad day, even if he was.
