Great customer service
I am a new pool owner and needed some help! I went in and Tori helped me. She took the time to explain things to me, answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable AND very sweet! I feel so much more comfortable with the info she gave me. If all employees are like her, this store is truly a gem! I'll be going back for my pool needs from now on.
The people who work here are knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't go to another location. Review update: I've been going here since 2022. Initially they had really informative people like Elizabeth and another guys name I can't remember. In the last 6-8 months I no longer see Liz or the other gentleman who used to help me. Every time I go in these people seem clueless and have no idea what is what. To go from Liz to these people that are working there now is a real let down for new pool owners. Bring back Liz!
