Called before I went there to see if they had an 18 inch leader hose. They said yes, so I drove up there only to find out it was only 12 inches. The staff was friendly, however, but did not provide me proper info. The Bell store young man, closer to my home, was not very friendly.
I miss Tim, I hope the new job is working out for you. Your expertise so far have been unmatched. Started shopping elsewhere.🙄
Michael is the store manager of this particular location and he is spectacular. He is patient knowledgeable and just takes pride and giving what I call good old-fashioned high-quality customer service. He patiently answers every question, he advises in a comforting way. He is an absolute joy to work with I am not going anywhere else for my pool needs only going to see Michael if you have a pool and you have needs for your pool go see Michael at Leslie‘s pools on grand Avenue You will not be disappointed
