I have to use my wife's phone because you can only leave one reviews. After nothing but headaches last year we tried again (see Vics review 9 months ago). After 10 days, 3 water samples and $200 in chemicals my pool is still not clear. The ONLY product that worked was Mean to Green. Their computer system sucks, chemicals suck or the staff is clueless. Heading to Kenwood Pools today to figure it out. Draining and refilling is next.
I’m about to replace an old pool pump and asked the Leslie person to give me some basic info on pumps. She was like a dear in the headlights. She said to contact the manufacturer. I said I’m just looking for some basic info. She then pointed to the shelf that had a bunch of motors in boxes but she knew nothing about them. She was clueless. I walked out and will never buy equipment from Leslie. I wasted almost an hour commuting back and forth to the store.
The only thing good about this place is the people is they're nice. Two and a half months trying to get my pool clean they tell me I need this this this this this this and that I do it nothing, change the sand in my pool filter go back test the water you need this this and that nothing. Either your computer system sucks for their chemicals suck but I'm done spending hundreds a week here
WOW... Called to ask if an item was in stock as another store said they had 145 and was given a quick no and hung up on.
We visited Leslie for 3 times and they provided inaccurate suggestions in every visit. From the beginning their report was showing that our pool’s alkalinity is high and they suggested to purchase dry acid. Today they told us that dry acid is working slow and instead asked us to put muriatic acid. We have already invested lot of our money based on their suggestions and all of a sudden they say dry acid works slow so put muriatic acid. Why was this not mentioned earlier in the first visit?
