We have a new salt pool and I took our first sample in for a reading. The salesperson made me feel like a total idiot!!! I brought the sample in a brand new mug that had a tight lid and he laughed and said "did you wash this out before putting the sample in it??" I said of course, and proceeded to explain I needed a cup w/ a lid. Then when he started to test the water I was expaining that the water is tasting a little like salt and my chlorine was low. I went to Leslie's to purchase pool toys for my grand children's use on Memorial day. The sales person had no other customers in the store and it was difficult to get him to move five feet to get a fish that was out of my reach. He dismissed my concerns about toy safety and and stated that I was a little paranoid about product safety. I felt that I had to defend myself! I spent fifty dollars on toys and left there quite irritated. As with so many stores, customer service is poor.
