Excellent Service. I stopped in today to pick up some supplies. Mason went out of his way to assist me with locating the item's that I was looking for, and also contacted another store and requested they hold a product for me that was currently unavailable at this location. Much Thanks!!
I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my recent visit. Upon arrival, I noticed the staff was sitting outside, and when the assistant manager walked in, he proceeded to the desk. Initially, he was friendly, but his demeanor changed once I mentioned I wasn’t sure if I had an account. I requested a bag of deionized earth, and while he kindly retrieved it, he didn’t engage much afterward. A three year old Hayward H300fdn pool heater, circuit board failure and now rhe heat exchanger leaking. The water chemicals are tested weekly poor quality parts
