I love being able to get my water tested here. I’m a new pool owner and know basically nothing about maintaining my pool and they are always very helpful. They don’t try to oversell products up front. They test the water, give me a set of clear instructions and tell me to come back in a couple days for another test before loading me up with products I don’t necessarily need.
I don’t own a pool; wish I did. I came here today to buy pool salt so my driveway / sidewalk doesn’t freeze over. Thank you!

Excellent Service. I stopped in today to pick up some supplies. Mason went out of his way to assist me with locating the item's that I was looking for, and also contacted another store and requested they hold a product for me that was currently unavailable at this location. Much Thanks!!
I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my recent visit. Upon arrival, I noticed the staff was sitting outside, and when the assistant manager walked in, he proceeded to the desk. Initially, he was friendly, but his demeanor changed once I mentioned I wasn’t sure if I had an account. I requested a bag of deionized earth, and while he kindly retrieved it, he didn’t engage much afterward.
