This is the second time I tried to come to this location for a test and to buy chemicals. I’m standing outside at 5:35pm and the doors are locked and lights are off. Signs say open till 6pm. I’m planning to contact the corporate office and headed to the other location now to also share my thoughts.
Genevieve was amazing! I went to the other location before stopping to this one and was left confused and feeling like I wasn’t cared for. I went to this location and was taken care of. Genevieve didn’t try to upsell me, she gave the truth of what my pool needed and I’m forever grateful.
Went looking to buy a new pump there was a sign up saying back in 15 I waited and left
Great place. Friendly staff.
