We purchased a motor $812 on 2/11/25. It’s 9/23/25 and the motor has issues. It’s not been even a year. Getting customer service at this place is ridiculous. They are rude and clueless on anything. I had to show proof of our purchase and now it’s going to take 2 weeks or more before we can replace the motor. We will never do business with them again. Staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable. We always come here to test our water and get our pool supplies.
I am very pleased with Leslies in Fayetteville and Miss Patty. She is professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I have a pool supply store closer to my home but I drive the extra distance to Leslies in Fayetteville, NC because they have been more helpful and have been able to remedy the issues with my pool. I also greatly appreciate the step by step instructions provided when I get the pool water tested. Thank you so much! Highly recommend Leslies and this location!!
