He was very helpful
The “good” cover they sold me was horrible. The gentleman that runs the register is rude and disrespectful. I will never use this store again. Customer service gets “0” stars from this pool owner of 22 years. Oh and the example of a ziplock bag and pool cover was stupid. Apparently these folks don’t own pools.

Very knowledgeable went right to the part I needed
Called two days in a row to get help with a salt cell. Called the store on the second day to confirm stock so I could come pick up and met the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. On both days neither person was interested in helping me with my pool. When your spend 1000 dollars for a pool part you would think they could answer a simple question.
