Went to the Trussville location. Sold me chemicals that I did not need. The Hoover store told me the algae product I purchase I did not need. I went to return the produce and Leslie's would not let me return the product. I was going to purchase some chlorine but not now. I will never go there again. Have a great day. Jim
Don't go here to test your pool water unless you want to be pressured into buying hundreds of dollars of products you don't need and then have the workers be rude to you if you don't buy what they're suggesting
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I just left out of the store and I experienced the worst customer service I have ever seen. This guy was no help at all. It was like I was bothering him. Horrible experience!!!!
This store is the best, Richard and the other associates always take the time to explain the test results and are always right in diagnosing other issues as well.
