I’ve spent over 1k this summer trying to straighten out my pool water. Last time I went in still requesting help with my water problem Richard was very rude, as if he didn’t want to hear what I was trying to tell him. Turned to help another customer with a water sample while I was in mid conversation with him. I’ve used Leslie’s for 20 yrs and always valued Richard’s knowledge. I will never go back! You got my 1k plus this summer!
Only go there when I have to. They don’t appear interested or motivated to help and was no help at all when my pentaire cell went bad.
