Staff knows nothing about pool care. Run your water and shove a piece of paper in your face without any words. People actually come in seeking water care assistance and get nothing
Not friendly at all and they are price gouging their items! Went in for something that I could get off Amazon for $55 (didn't want to wait, needed it asap) and they were charging $185. So I went to menards and found it for $69.
Absolutely terrible. No communication within ANY SERVICES! They canceled an order that was placed a week ago and did NOT notify me of anything! I had to call into the store to find out that my order was canceled! No one cares About there jobs anymore. I am absolutely frustrated with this company and this company will not get anymore of my business. Its kids working at the stores and barely English speaking people on the service dept. This company is a waste. Absolutely terrible!!
