Great staff, very helpful, clean store
Recommendation to fix my water problem has left a layer of chemicals on the bottom of my pool. Emptied half the water, refilled, and still there! No one answers the phone or after 30 rings just picks up and puts you right on hold over and over again. Edit. Finally spoke to someone and turns out they entered my pool size dimensions incorrectly and gave me triple the amount of chemicals needed. Unprofessional kids running this place. Unbelievable. Draining my pool AGAIN.
I recently visited a pool supply store and experienced a situation where the staff couldn’t adequately explain the chemicals. It seemed like they lacked sufficient knowledge about pool chemicals, which greatly affected the reliability of their service. It would be much better to implement an AI system to provide accurate information about the chemicals.
