Very helpful,kind very knowledgeable about pools
Dear Karen, I bought a automatic pool cleaner in beginning of May as I was opening my pool. I came to your location. Today I went to return it because the tube came in 2 pieces with would not work for my pool. I was told by this nice guy after contacting you that your not able to take it back. However I'm going back tomorrow to return it with you. If you still refused to take it back I will contact the CEO of the company. Thanks
Horrible, horrible experience. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, and had taken off work for the afternoon to be there for the appointment scheduled from 12-5. (First time pool owner so I wanted to learn!) I then got a text at 930am that our technician was on the way. I had to spend an hour on the phone and was finally told they couldn’t make it during my time slot and they would have to reschedule. After begging and pleading, they said they could make it work.
