Just like Frosty Freshes experience, They act as though we are bothering them. I have dealt maybe 5 times with Leslies only due to distance convenience. It's always the same. I called today right b4 closing and he answered and I started to ask about my pool vac that they have pocession of for repairs and "click" he hung up without a word. I called back and of course he wont answer at all. I assume it is because it's right at 5p.m. closing time now. Manager is nasty and sour puss face every time I go in person.
Spoke to the GM of the store. That was his title on his name tag. This gentleman seemed bothered I came in. They did not have the part I needed and was unwilling to call the other store to check if they had the part. I asked several time but he was unwilling. Store was 15 mins away. I called the store myself and verified they did not have the part. So long story short avoid this store if you need any help at all. Almost wish I would have just gone to homedepot to start!
