I have been going to store #520 in Pasadena, TX for a few months now. Mainly because I feel Andrew Perez will take care of me. He is always very helpful and recommends how to get my pool back in balance. Great guy and easy to talk to.
I have nothing but great things to say about Andrew Perez who works at the Leslie location across from Walmart on Fairmont Pkwy. I had a ton of questions to ask and he took his time and answered every one. Bottom line, I didn't buy anything, however he put me on a direction to handle my issues. He could've had me buy all sorts of equipment, but instead of making an easy and unnecessary sale, he handled me with integrity and honesty. Passhen was a very helpful great customer service.
The young man working the store today, 6-29-24 at about 5:00 pm clearly doesn’t like his job. He was not wanting to be helpful at all. I may try the new store in Deer Park next time I need supplies.
