I have nothing but great things to say about Andrew Perez who works at the Leslie location across from Walmart on Fairmont Pkwy. I had a ton of questions to ask and he took his time and answered every one. Bottom line, I didn't buy anything, however he put me on a direction to handle my issues. He could've had me buy all sorts of equipment, but instead of making an easy and unnecessary sale, he handled me with integrity and honesty. The young man working the store today, 6-29-24 at about 5:00 pm clearly doesn’t like his job. He was not wanting to be helpful at all. I may try the new store in Deer Park next time I need supplies.
It's a good place for your pool and Jacuzzi products. Some very friendly staff working there. I'm biased tho. My daughter works there. She is very good at what she does for this business. I think they made a big mistake on how they moved some of their staff around. Hopefully the new District Manager figures that out soon. What happens in the dark always comes to the light.
