Great store but confused by why Anastazia is not the GM after she has been working there for many years helping me and you got this new guy that is socially awkward. He isn’t horrible but she should be the GM how she handles her customers.

I visited this Leslie's for muriatic acid, and they had it in spades. They also had lots of other chemicals. Best of all, a great selection of floats and pool toys. Staff was attentive and carried my 2-pack of acid out to my car.

Wanted to give a shout out to both Anastasia and Darren. Anastasia is always extremely helpful when I come into the store and provides fantastic customer service. Darren came out today to clean my salt cell and did an exceptional job. He was on-time and very efficient. There are a lot of place people can go for their pool needs however I choose this location, based people like these. Be sure to keep them on the team.

My experience with Leslie's was great: they took the time to listen to my pool questions and gave me the information and advice I was looking for, and didn't try to upsell me. I found the product I wanted and was in and out in just a few minutes.
