I called about having my pump repaired. I was told to bring it right in, the repairs could be done in 10-15 minutes. I explained that I was at work and couldn't bring it in until the evening. The person on the phone (who I later found out was the General Manager) explained that this would be after he was gone for the day but that he would make the repairs first thing in the morning.
