Spend X amount of dollars on products already and they still not trying to help ! Came to return something they said no return policy . Manager don’t know what is talking about ! Never coming back here for anything ! He actually told me not to come here anymore !!

Brand new to pool maintenance. Rhiannon & Kyle are incredible! Definitely the go to pool store. Just left a pool robot today as well for repairs. They do it all!
I had a great experience at Leslie’s Pool Supplies in Nashua thanks to Rhi, the manager. She was truly a one-woman show—handling everything on her own while still taking the time to help me test my pool water and explain exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. It’s not easy to find that kind of service these days, especially when someone’s managing the whole store solo. Thanks again, Rhi—you made pool maintenance a whole lot less stressful!
Kyle was super helpful sourcing parts for my pool. Took the time even when they didn’t carry parts for my model. So when I had to spend the extra money to update/upgrade it made sense to go to him. Worth noting I was a customer of Seasonal for 20+ years, unfortunate poor service. Thanks!
