Called .. and called ... and calledyesterday..... no answer.....then today someone said "Hello" ... I said .. " who am I speaking with" some guy said 'Alex'... I said ' is my order in - I ordered a seal'? Dude has no idea my name, what seal i ordered nor does he ask me... Then has the audacity to say my seal won't be in for a week.. Like you.know..didnt ask my name... didnt Ask what seal.. I ordered from amazon...cheaper. and don't have to deal Leslie pool idiots... BE BETTER LESLIE'S POOLS!!!

they weren't even open during business hours. you may want to go to a different location that actually honors their posted business hours.
Went to their store to find them closing before their stated hours. The guy leaving tried to send me to another store in Saginaw, saying it would be open. That store doesn't carry the same supplies so it was a complete waste of time. Lesson learned. Ordered my supplies elsewhere and saved money in the process.
