Hit or miss. One day I was helped by a knowledgeable woman. When I went back in a few days later, I was helped by a teenager who didn’t seem to know anything about pools. He ran my water through the testing machine, provided me with a printout and that was it. Could offer no advice and couldn’t answer any questions related to the test results. Leslie’s is overpriced as well, so I almost always buy supplies elsewhere.
Lots of pool supplies, large selection, and open on July 5th! After a major holiday!
Store always looks really clean and organized, and the employees here are very understanding and really do a great job at listening and being patient
