The staff here are always very helpful and they make sure I understand why I need the chemicals recommended. Last time I was in I found out they will test my salt cell for free. I brought it in and he promptly tested it and let me know what would be the best replacement. On top of that, he had me walk through the process of cleaning the salt cell to make sure I was doing it properly. There was one step I was missing and he educated me on why that is important.
